

Guidelines for Individuals, Churches and Ministries in Affiliated Status
Convictions:
1. Agreement and proven working knowledge of the doctrinal tenants of AFI
2. Agreement and modeling the Values of AFI
3. AFI will issue a certificate of ordination appropriate to the calling of affiliated status. (note: AFI only ordains 5 fold ministries and Elders)
Relationship Expectations:
• Attendance at the annual AFI Leadership Gathering or Regional Training Gathering.
• Regular communication by phone, email or personal visit throughout the year.
• The National Leadership Team of AFI makes the ministry resources, practical covering, counsel and training available to all affiliates.
• Leaders will receive monthly financial statements from AFI.
Financial Support
• Local churches are encouraged to tithe to AFI from their general tithe income.
• Ministries that have Affiliated Status are encouraged to tithe to their local church. Offerings may be given on a free will basis.

“Friends of AFI” Status
Convictions:
• An appreciation and understanding of the doctrinal tenants and values of AFI.
Relationship:
• Informal communication by phone, email or personal visit throughout the year.
• Friends of AFI are encouraged to participate in both the Annual Leadership Conference as well as Regional Training Gatherings.
Financial Support:
• Financial giving to AFI on a free will basis.
